Data was gathered via a structured questionnaire, capturing insights from SME representatives on their specific business requirements and challenges related to ICT. The data was cleaned using Microsoft Excel's Power Query to ensure accuracy and consistency, followed by preliminary analysis and visualization in Excel. Key findings were then presented in a dynamic Power BI dashboard and a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation for stakeholders.
