A web application that provides detailed analysis on the prevalence of malaria in Uganda's central region. It provides the information to all necessary stakeholders in order to support decision making. It was implemented in R programming language This project has various aspects. It is an R application that uses data gathered and stored in a database. This data is retrieved and used to develop analysis and statical models e.g bar plots, scatter plots, box plots amongst others. It has a login that users access incase they want to upload new files and update the database. It also shows a map of uganda and specifically the central region of the country withe the total number of people. It also has a feedback section where users give feedback which is stored in the database and retrieved.
