Every stolen cable means dark streets, failed traffic lights, hospitals losing backup power, and CBDs decaying. Emfuleni Municipality covers 700,000 residents across 45 wards with zero digital tools to fight back. ## 💡 The Solution CableWatch is the first community-powered cable theft intelligence platform in Gauteng.
