## 1. Overview
This repository contains the full, reproducible analysis behind a dual-track study of Ghana's hepatitis B/C,
HIV, and tuberculosis burden: a 25-year (2000-2024) national treatment-cascade and trend analysis (hepatitis
assessed as a single 2022 cross-section), paired with a district-level (261 MMDA) structural health-system-access
vulnerability index. The two analytic tracks are deliberately decoupled: no district-level hepatitis, HIV, or TB
surveillance data exists in any of the ten public-domain source datasets used, so the district layer characterises
general structural deprivation correlated with health-system-access barriers, not observed disease burden.
