## What It Does
PonarOS is a **single unified platform** that runs an entire healthcare facility's daily operations — from the registration desk to billing and national health-insurance claims. In its current live build it provides:
- **Patient Registration & Registry** — Register patients with Kenyan National ID and optional SHA card numbers, manage demographics, coverage type (SHA, NHIF, Employer, Cash) and visit history.
- **Outpatient Queue Management** — Real-time queue with department triage, waiting/in-consultation tracking.
- **Clinical Workflow (OPD/IPD)** — Clinical encounters, vitals capture (BP, temperature, pulse, SpO2, weight), clinician assignment, and diagnosis recording.
- **Laboratory** — Test ordering with priority levels (routine/urgent/stat), result entry, and turnaround status.
- **Pharmacy & Stock** — Prescription management with dosing, dispensing status, and inventory with automatic reorder-level alerts.
- **Billing & M-Pesa** — Invoices with line items, payment capture (SHA, M-Pesa, Cash, Insurance), balances, and M-Pesa STK-push simulation.
- **SHA Claims** — The full claim lifecycle: draft → submitted → accepted → paid / rejected, with SHA submission references.
- **Maternity & MCH** — Antenatal register with gravida/para, gestational age, expected delivery date, and visit history.
