Social and ecological drivers of internal clearings in Ethiopian Orthodox Church Forests" mc_data_setup.R creates the datasets for analysis: compiled_spatial_data.csv and ess_input_mc2.csv. landscape_sar.R runs the SARerror model for the landscape regression. mc_analysis_SAR.R runs the bootstrapped SARerror model that includes the household data. summary_stats.R produces summary stat tables.
