Global Burden of Female Sexual Dysfunction: A Scoping Review Protocol Following JBI Methodology and PRISMA-ScR Guidelines

Review question: What is the nature, extent, and distribution of evidence on the global burden of female sexual dysfunction across individual, psychological, relational, economic, healthcare, hormonal, and pharmacological burden domains, with particular attention to African and Nigerian contexts? Methods: JBI scoping review methodology; PRISMA-ScR reporting guidelines; Arksey and O'Malley (2005) five-stage framework. Databases: PubMed Central, Google Scholar, AJOL, African Index Medicus (AIM), HINARI/Research4Life, Cochrane Library, and grey literature.
