Great ape autosomal STR sequence data

DNA sequences of the orthologs of human forensic autosomal STR loci in chimpanzees, bonobos and chimpanzees. STRs analysed are contained in the ForenSeq DNA Signature Prep Kit (Verogen). Sequences are in TSv format, suitable for downstream analysis using FDSTools.
