This chapter investigates the dynamics of green and social entrepreneurship in Tunisia through a multiple case study of four circular initiatives operating in textile recycling, plastic valorization, regenerative agriculture, and organic waste treatment. Using an interpretive qualitative approach supported by methodological triangulation, the analysis identifies shared mechanisms such as frugal innovation, resource circularity, organizational hybridization, and territorial embeddedness. The findings show substantial contributions to SDGs 8, 12, 13, and 15, while highlighting the role of these ventures in compensating for institutional voids in an emerging context. Overall, the chapter demonstrates how small circular enterprises can generate systemic sustainability impacts under conditions of structural constraint
