AbstractIn the face of escalating security threats, Nigeria requires innovative, data-driven strategies that leverage social work and education to foster resilience and stability. This paper proposes a comprehensive statistical framework that integrates socio-economic, community, and security data to inform targeted interventions. Drawing from global, European, African, and Nigerian contexts, it emphasizes the importance of empirical analysis in designing effective social and educational programs aligned with national security objectives. The framework employs multilevel modeling, geospatial analysis, and predictive analytics to identify vulnerability hotspots, assess intervention impacts, and forecast future risks. Preliminary findings from recent Nigerian data suggest that communities with higher social cohesion and educational engagement experience significantly lower incidences of violence and extremism. The paper concludes with actionable recommendations for policymakers, security agencies, educational institutions, and social services, emphasizing the necessity of robust data infrastructure, capacity building, community participation, and inter-sectoral collaboration. Implementing these strategies promises to enhance Nigeria’s resilience against contemporary security challenges and lay the foundation for sustainable peace and development.
