This dataset provides 30,000 simulated obstetric records (10,000 per scenario) from sub-Saharan Africa. Each record contains 45+ variables including ANC, labour, delivery, PPH (cause, severity, blood loss), management (uterotonics, transfusion, surgery), referral, and maternal outcomes.
