Abstract
This study explored management efforts in promoting the use of

s in Tanzania using a qualitative approach and case study design. Data were collected through interviews, focus-group discussions from a sample of 46 participants from the University of Dar es Salaam, and document reviews. Data were analysed using a thematic approach. It was revealed that

s management has been developing internal guidelines and policies, formulating strategic plans, hiring
at
experts, and purchasing
at
tools that are essential for ensuring inclusive learning in higher education. However, such efforts are hindered by insufficient funds, negative attitudes towards

, insufficient infrastructure, and limited training on the use of

s and staff.
