This research explores the potential of Hong Kong's e-Channels as a model for Xyberius Enterprise's self-service terminal initiative in Zimbabwe. By analyzing the design, implementation, and impact of Hong Kong's e-Channels, this study aims to identify key lessons and best practices applicable to the development and deployment of self-service terminals in Zimbabwe's public sector. Factors such as government support, technological advancements, user experience, and cybersecurity will be examined. The research will conclude with a comprehensive analysis of the implications of Hong Kong's e-Channels for Xyberius Enterprise's project, providing insights into potential challenges, opportunities, and recommendations for future development.
