Image dataset of healthy and pathogen-affected peanut leaves with suggested control measures

This dataset contains images of peanut (Arachis hypogaea, EPPO code: ARHHY) crops, including both healthy plants and plants affected by major pathogens, collected during the experimentation of the PLANTHEAD Diagnostic Platform in Kenya, within the framework of the EU Horizon2020 EWA-BELT Project (GA#862848). Within the dataset, the following diseases and their corresponding EPPO codes are represented: Passalora arachidicola (MYCOAR) Nothopassalora personata (MYCOBE) Puccinia arachidis (PUCCAR) Phoma arachidicola (PHOMAR) Groundnut Rosette Virus (GRV000) Each folder is organized by pathogen to facilitate data exploration and analysis. In addition, the dataset includes a PDF file providing recommended management solutions for each disease, including agronomic, biological, and chemical measures.
