This Master's thesis investigates how logistics software can improve warehouse management practices in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Cameroon. Using UPCLASS TECHNOLOGY Ltd, Ndokoti-Douala, as a case study, the research examines inventory management challenges, warehouse efficiency, logistics processes, and the impact of digital technologies on operational performance. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The findings demonstrate that logistics software significantly improves inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and decision-making. The study provides recommendations for SMEs seeking to modernize warehouse operations and enhance supply chain performance.
