This study investigates the integration of Lean Supply Chain Management (LSCM) principles into Rwanda's real estate sector to address inefficiencies and enhance project outcomes. Employing a qualitative research methodology, data was collected through semi-structured interviews with stakeholders and analysis of secondary sources. Statistical findings reveal significant inefficiencies in the current supply chain, with only 10% of firms achieving full Lean implementation (χ² = 22.5, p < 0.01). Critical barriers include lack of expertise (Odds Ratio = 3.2) and resistance to change (Odds Ratio = 2.8). Comprehensive training programs were found to significantly improve productivity (F(3,46) = 8.2, p < 0.01). The results highlight the potential for Lean practices to reduce costs by 60%, improve efficiency by 50%, and enhance customer satisfaction by 70%. The study concludes with actionable recommendations, including targeted training, fostering collaborative supplier partnerships, and leveraging technology to streamline processes. These strategies aim to promote LSCM adoption, contributing to the sector's efficiency and sustainability.
