Interactive sliding window PCAs for An. funestus

Interactive plots of sliding window PCAs along the genome of An. funestus accompanying the article "Genomic diversity of the African malaria vector Anopheles funestus" by Marilou Boddé et al. 2024. These six files include three files (one per chromosome) for the modern specimens (collected 2014-2018) and three files (one per chromosome) for the modern and historic specimens combined. To use these, download them and drag them into your browser. They are interactive and you can click on and off different populations used the legend keys on the right. Also, you can zoom by using the buttons on the top right or selecting an area of interest by click-drag-release.
