Iroko Framework: Semantic Vocabularies for Afro-Atlantic Sacred Knowledge Systems

The Iroko Framework is a modular RDF/OWL/SKOS vocabulary system for governing access to sacred knowledge in Afro-Atlantic traditions. It implements a postcustodial archival architecture where communities maintain authority over their knowledge while enabling semantic interoperability with institutional repositories and linked data systems. Version 1.3.0 comprises 16 modules organized in three tiers (Foundation, Governance, Domain), with 95 classes, 393 properties, 70 concept schemes, and 593 concepts. This release adds iroko:RitualPractitioner (agency module), iroko:ForcedDissolution and iroko:SocietyStatusScheme (Ékpè module), and broadens iroko:possessionTrigger to union domain (Ngoma module). Serializations provided in Turtle, JSON-LD, RDF/XML, and N-Triples.
