This article examines the role of knowledge management as a strategic function for non-profit organizations, particularly in resource-constrained environments. By building repositories, fostering knowledge-sharing cultures, and leveraging digital tools, non-profits can improve efficiency, preserve institutional memory, and strengthen resilience. Drawing on theories of organizational learning and innovation, as well as case studies from India, Kenya, Cambodia, Peru, Haiti, Rwanda, Nepal, Vietnam, Ethiopia, South Africa, Jordan, and the Philippines, the analysis demonstrates how structured knowledge management enhances program outcomes and organizational adaptability. The discussion emphasizes the importance of embedding knowledge practices into daily operations and leadership commitment to building cultures of openness and collaboration.
