Résumé : Il ne fait aucun doute que la cybercriminalité est considérée comme l’un des crimes les plus avancés et les plus complexes en raison de sa dépendance à l’égard du renseignement technique et informationnel, ce qui a rendu de nombreux pays impuissants et largement incapables de l’affronter et de la combattre en raison de sa spécificité et de son caractère avancé. Dans cet article, la cybercriminalité sera étudiée et détaillée en détail. Cet aspect est obtenu en combinant les aspects conceptuels et originaux de ce type de criminalité tout en suivant un certain nombre de législations locales, en se concentrant sur l'étude du cas algérien, qui œuvre à couvrir tous les secrets des délits électroniques, en essayant ainsi d'explorer leurs forces et leurs faiblesses et ainsi tester l'étendue de leur efficience et de leur efficacité dans la détection de ces délits. Ces délits sont réduits, puis des recommandations sont formulées pour combler le vide juridique existant dans la législation locale et déterminer les les chemins qu’il faudra suivre à l’avenir pour les éliminer.
