Abstract This chapter provides in-depth descriptive analyses of the interfaces between the morphology, syntax, and phonology of Luganda (Uganda, JE15). Specifically, it discusses the verb morphology that has an influence on the syntax and phonology of arguments in the sentence. While analysing these interfaces, the adopt some of the criteria outlined in Marten et al. (2007) especially to highlight the key aspects of Luganda morphosyntax from a typological Bantu perspective. One aspect that influences the changes in the morphology of the Luganda verb is the need to establish agreement between the verb and other elements in the sentence. The chapter also makes comparisons with other Bantu languages and establishes some strategies unique to Luganda
