This anonymized dataset contains clinical and epidemiological information on patients diagnosed with lung cancer in Monastir, Tunisia, between 2002 and 2014. Data were collected from the University Hospital of Monastir, the Tunisian Cancer Registry, and the Ministry of Social Affairs database covering all deaths in Monastir from 2001 to 2022. It includes demographic characteristics and survival outcomes. All identifiers have been removed in compliance with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP) and the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine of Monastir.
