Initial public release of the CHU periurbanization analysis repository.

This release contains the reproducible analysis workflow for examining periurbanization trajectories of community health units in Kenya using multiple urbanization proxies. It includes scripts for panel construction, descriptive summaries, change metrics, correlation analysis, clustering, and figure generation.

Main workflow

  1. Build a CHU-by-year proxy panel from the input datasets
  2. Generate baseline and endline descriptive summaries
  3. Compute year-to-year and cumulative change metrics
  4. Estimate pairwise proxy correlations
  5. Classify CHUs into trajectory groups
  6. Produce trajectory figures

Version note This is the first archived release intended for citation and Zenodo DOI generation.

License Code is released under the MIT License. Data reuse may be subject to separate permissions, institutional requirements, or ethical restrictions.
