This dataset provides monthly malaria incidence rates and associated climatic variables (temperature, rainfall, and relative humidity) for Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, and Zamfara States, Nigeria, from January 2015 to December 2024. malaria case data were obtained from the National Malaria Data Repository / DHIS2 platform under data-sharing agreement with the National Malaria Elimination Programme. Climatic data are publicly available from the NASA POWER Data Access Viewer at power.larc.nasa.gov.
