Mali data

Data collected from 33 sentinel sites for monitoring the schistosomiasis control programme in Mali. Full data from baseline and two years of follow-up is included, though our analyses often focuses on data subsets (e.g. co-endemic schools / children with full-follow-up), as described in the paper. Key to variable names is included in the second sheet.
