This ZIP dataset includes endmembers spectral values and ground-truth classification inputs used to classify Robusta coffee cropping systems in Uganda using Sentinel-2 imagery. It contains all relevant data and figures used in the analysis, including the classification map generated from satellite imagery and digital elevation model (DEM). The dataset supports the findings of the manuscript titled "Mapping Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora) cropping systems in Uganda: A two-step approach with Sentinel-2 data".
