Mauritius-oriented ChatGPT system instructions

The file contains the 24 system instructions used in the paper, "A Global South Strategy for Evaluating Research Value with ChatGPT". They tell ChatGPT to evaluate research quality, research quality with a focus on Mauritius, or value to Mauritius. There are separate instructions for probability-based and standard prompts, and four broad areas of research:
