Mbowura or Juoadigbe is the settlement of the Juoadigbe clan in the Northern Region. It is situated some miles south of Kpandai. After Agou, Mbowura is the second mainly Bogoŋ-speaking settlement . As a result of the warlike conflicts in the past decades involving the Nawuri, Gonja, Nanumba, Konkomba and Dagomba many Bogoŋ left Mbowura. In 2006 there were only about 10 houses left.
