This study examines secondary schools systems in Rwanda to evaluate their impact on clinical outcomes within agricultural practices. A mixed-method approach combining quantitative panel-data estimation with qualitative insights will be employed. The study uses the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) for estimating the effects of secondary schools on agricultural health outcomes over time. Secondary school systems in Rwanda show a positive but moderate effect on improving livestock health, with an estimated impact coefficient of 0.25 (95% CI: 0.18-0.32). The findings suggest that strengthening secondary education could lead to significant improvements in agricultural practices and health. Investing in comprehensive secondary school curricula focused on agriculture can enhance students' knowledge, which is crucial for improving livestock health outcomes. secondary schools, Rwanda, panel data, clinical outcomes, GMM estimation The empirical specification follows $Y=\beta_0+\beta^\top X+\varepsilon$, and inference is reported with uncertainty-aware statistical criteria.
