When two brothers feel thirsty on a hunting trip, the elder brother climbs a fruit tree. But instead of the fruit, he only drops the empty skin down. Angry, the younger brother walks away and climbs a pandanus tree which devours him, leaving only his hair. The elder brother takes the hair home and cares for it. One day the younger brother comes to life again, and the brothers go out for a piuvu-dance where two girls fall in love with them.
