Mobile health (mHealth) offers a promising way to reach youth with messages on nutrition and physical activity, yet context-specific, evidence-based interventions remain limited across Africa. This study aimed to explore the local context, engage schoolstakeholders, and co-develop culturally relevant digital content to support adolescent obesity prevention.
