A public weather observation dataset from 26 Mozn/Roaya weather stations across Libya. The dataset is provided as a complete station-time table, with missing observation periods represented explicitly so the data can be used for weather analysis, reliability studies, sensor-network monitoring, and time-series research.   Prepared and released by Ayat Elawej, 2026.
