This repository contains job submission scripts and configuration files for running the METplus verification framework on the Lengau HPC cluster managed by the CHPC. While METplus is developed by the DTC/NCAR team, this work focuses on porting it to Lengau, adapting it to local modules, storage structure, and PBS job scheduling. Included: PBS job scripts for METplus use cases Environment module setup guidance Usage notes tailored to Lengau HPC users This contribution is intended for researchers and operational users working with weather or climate model verification on HPC infrastructure in South Africa or similar systems.
