MVR API - Minimum Viable Relationships Framework and Agent Infrastructure Surface

Canonical public reference for the Minimum Viable Relationships framework and the MVR API by African Market OS: a relational-readiness, market-permission, and agent-preflight layer for AI agents and decision systems operating in African, emerging, and high-context markets. This archive preserves public discovery assets such as OpenAPI, MCP, llms.txt, MVR-Bench, agent patterns, and the MVR Agent Preflight Intent Corpus.
