This protocol aims to conduct a scoping review to identify the demand and supply needs in addressing obstetric fistula in conflict-affected Ethiopia. Using a hybrid Andersen–Donabedian framework, the review will examine individual, community, and health system factors to inform context-specific, effective interventions and guide evidence-based health policy improvements in resource-limited, humanitarian, and post-conflict settings.
