The objective of this study was to apply particle swarm algorithm to optimize the solar and wind renewable energy system to beneficiary of the electrical power in Temamo rural area. The researcher uses analytical method of design with both qualitative and quantitative research methods was engaged. As participants, 58 peoples home holder were rolled by using stratified random sampling. The necessary data were obtained through interviews, fieldstudy and questionnaires. Firstly, the energy demand that would be collected from primary source was examined qualitatively. However, secondly, the data that collected through questionnaires were analyzed quantitatively method.   In addition to the above point,PSO is a currently proposed computational intelligence algorithm which is based on Birds forsearching the rich sources their foodand social cognitive intelligence. MATLAB code was designed for the proposed method and the results were deliberated.It was active in searching both local and global optimal values. The result gained by this algorithm shows that, energy demand of the rural area can be optimally satisfied by the use of wind and solar hybrid energy system. 3
