This paper was originally presented at the 6th VUA Youth Scientific Session Conference on Security, Safety, and Sustainability in 2019 and published in 2022. It investigates how training affects employee performance, motivation, and job satisfaction among departments in the Parliament of Ghana using a mixed-method design. Based on survey and interview data across Research, Protocol, HR, and ICT departments, the study presents correlational and regression results and compares training methods. The findings offer insights for improving human resource development in public institutions. Citation: Ampadu, M., Varga, E., & Bruder, E. (2022).
