This release contains the data and configuration files associated with the manuscript's phylogeographic analysis. Included: Supplementary File S1 GenomicFastaResults3958(all-Africa)_metadata.csv_metadata.csv) — metadata used to annotate genomic sequences included in the analysis. BEAST XML input files XML files used for discrete trait analysis (DTA) in BEAST2, including model priors, trait specifications, and run configurations. These allow full reproduction of the phylogeographic inferences.
