Wheat trials under P. striiformis (yellow rust) pressure showed susceptibility in checks but broad-spectrum resistance in several breeding lines. In barley, greenhouse and field screenings against P. teres (net blotch) identified three consistently resistant accessions validated across environments, now prioritized for pre-breeding.
