This dataset provides population-level allele-frequency summaries for high-confidence structural variants analyzed in the study “Long-read sequencing reveals a pan-African structural variation landscape driving phenotypic diversity and local adaptation.” The dataset contains allele-frequency estimates for high-confidence structural variants genotyped across 179 individuals from 12 Indigenous African populations: Amhara, Dizi, Chabu, Mursi, Hadza, Sandawe, rainforest hunter-gatherers (RHG), Fulani, Tikari, Herero, Ju|'hoansi, and !Xoo. This dataset contains population-level summary statistics. The format file contains one row per structural variant, with population-specific allele-frequency and allele-count fields provided in separate columns.  Coordinates are reported relative to the GRCh38/hg38 human reference genome.
