The dataset is about the responses of the private investors and the procurement authorities of public universities in Nigeria. The data variables computed are on causes of PPP disputes, dispute prevention strategies, and dispute resolution mechanisms (DRM). The aim is to develop a framework for dispute resolution in PPP arrangements adopted for the delivery of educational infrastructures in Nigeria.
