Préalables pour une étude située des théories linguistiques en Afrique francophone

Résumé                                                              Cet article propose une analyse épistémologique des conditions d’émergence, de structuration et de légitimation de quelques cadres théoriques élaborés en Afrique francophone, tels que la gbexologie, les avertisseurs communicationnels africains, l’ethnostylistique et la linguistique du développement. Il montre que ces propositions ne peuvent être comprises indépendamment des logiques historiques et institutionnelles qui configurent la production scientifique dans cet espace, marqué par la persistance d’une mémoire coloniale. Cette mémoire se manifeste à travers trois dynamiques interdépendantes : un trauma épistémique qui affecte la posture énonciative des chercheurs et contraint leur rapport à l’abstraction théorique ; une validation du centre qui continue d’orienter les procédures de reconnaissance, de circulation et de validation du savoir ; enfin, un tuteurage hégémonique qui modèle les styles d’énonciation, les régimes de démonstration et les formes d’inscription des théories dans les généalogies savantes. L’analyse d’un corpus paratextuel et discursif met au jour les stratégies par lesquelles les linguistes africains négocient leur légitimité théorique et tentent de dépasser les assignations périphériques. En restituant les tensions qui orientent ces pratiques de théorisation situées, l’étude contribue à une compréhension renouvelée des conditions de possibilité d’une autonomie épistémique dans les sciences du langage au Sud global. Mots-clés : théorie linguistique, mémoire coloniale, dépendance épistémique, Afrique francophone, marges théoriques, colonialité Prerequisites for a Situated Study of Linguistic Theories in Francophone Africa AbstractThis article offers an epistemological analysis of the conditions under which several theoretical frameworks developed in Francophone Africa – such as gbexology, African communicational warning systems, ethn stylistics, and development linguistics – have emerged, been structured, and gained legitimacy. It argues that these proposals cannot be understood independently of the historical and institutional logics that shape scientific production in this space, which remains marked by the persistence of a colonial memory. This memory manifests itself through three interdependent dynamics: an epistemic trauma that affects researchers’ enunciative stance and constrains their relationship to theoretical abstraction; a validation by the center that continues to orient the procedures of recognition, circulation, and legitimation of knowledge; and, finally, a hegemonic tutelage that shapes enunciative styles, regimes of demonstration, and the ways in which theories are inscribed within scholarly genealogies. An analysis of a paratextual and discursive corpus brings to light the strategies through which African linguists negotiate their theoretical legitimacy and seek to move beyond peripheral ascriptions. By restoring the tensions that orient these situated practices of theorization, the study contributes to a renewed understanding of the conditions of possibility for epistemic autonomy in the language sciences in the Global South. Keywords: linguistic theory, colonial memory, epistemic dependence, Francophone Africa, theoretical margins, coloniality   التمهيدات لدراسةٍ متموضعة للنظريات اللسانية في إفريقيا الفرنكوفونية  الملخصيقدّم هذا المقال تحليلاً إبستمولوجياً لشروط نشوء وبناء وإضفاء الشرعية على بعض الأطر النظرية التي جرى تطويرها في إفريقيا الفرنكوفونية، مثل الغبكسولوجيا، والإنذارات التواصلية الإفريقية، والإثنو-أسلوبية، ولسانيات التنمية. ويُظهر أن هذه المقترحات لا يمكن فهمها بمعزل عن المنطقـات التاريخية والمؤسسية التي تُشكِّل إنتاج المعرفة العلمية في هذا الفضاء، والذي لا يزال موسوماً باستمرار الذاكرة الاستعمارية. وتتجلّى هذه الذاكرة من خلال ثلاث ديناميات مترابطة: صدمة إبستيمية تؤثّر في الوضعية التلفظية للباحثين وتقيّد علاقتهم بالتجريد النظري؛ وتزكية صادرة عن «المركز» لا تزال توجّه آليات الاعتراف بالمعرفة وتداولها والتحقّق من مشروعيتها؛ وأخيراً، وصاية مهيمنة تُشكّل أساليب التلفّظ، وأنماط البرهنة، وطرائق إدراج النظريات ضمن السلالات المعرفية والعلمية. ويكشف تحليل متنٍ من العتبات النصية والخطابات عن الاستراتيجيات التي يعتمدها اللسانيون الأفارقة للتفاوض حول شرعيتهم النظرية ومحاولة تجاوز مواقع الإلحاق والهامشية. ومن خلال إبراز التوترات التي تؤطّر هذه الممارسات في التنظير الموضعي، تُسهم الدراسة في تجديد فهم شروط إمكان تحقيق استقلالية إبستيمية في علوم اللغة في الجنوب العالمي.   الكلمات المفتاحية: النظرية اللسانية، الذاكرة الاستعمارية، التبعية الإبستيمية، إفريقيا الفرنكوفونية، الهوامش النظرية، الاستعمارية
