Predicted environmental suitability for six dominant malaria vectors, as described in "Climate change favors African malaria vectors", which has been accepted in Global Change Biology.

Each file is named in the pattern "gambiae_current.nc", where the gambiae refers to the species (e.g. Anopheles gambiae) and current or future predictions are made using historical or predicted future environmental conditions, relatively.

Current predictions are two-dimensional maps, while future predictions are saved as 5-dimensional netcdf files: X and Y are the coordinates of the grid cell, GCM is the Global Circulation Model used to generate the climatic conditions, SSP refers to the socio-economic scenario (SSP126 or SSP370), and Ti is the time period (2055 for the middle of the century 2041-2070, and 2085 for the end of the century 2071-2100).

For the underlying code used to generate these model outputs, see zenodo.org.
