Prevalence and Determinants of PTSD among internally displaced persons in Ethiopia: a systematic review and Meta-analysis

his protocol outlines a systematic review and meta-analysis to synthesize available evidence on the prevalence and determinants of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) among internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ethiopia. The review will follow PRISMA guidelines and include observational studies reporting PTSD prevalence and associated factors. A random-effects model will be used to estimate pooled prevalence and effect sizes of determinants. The results will provide evidence to support mental health policy and targeted interventions in displacement settings.
