This dataset contains the complete replication materials for the article "Subsidy Reform in Algeria: A Quintile-Disaggregated CGE Analysis of Distributional, Fiscal, and Environmental Effects" . It includes:

1. SAMMic 2018: The first fully documented, quintile-disaggregated Social Accounting Matrix for Algeria, integrating five official data sources (ONS TES/TEE 2018, Banque d'Algerie Balance of Payments, Ministry of Energy Subsidy Accounts, Government Budget Execution Reports 2018-2022, and CENEAP 2009 LSMS). Calibrated to Log-Normal income distribution with Gini = 31.8% (sigma = 0.566).

2. GAMS Code v2.4 (six files, ~2,200 lines):
   - CGE_Algeria_Main_v24.gms: Core model equations (PEP-1-1 standard)
   - CGE_Algeria_FGT_v24.gms: FGT poverty module
   - CGE_Algeria_Sensitivity_v24.gms: Systematic sensitivity analysis (Modules A, B, C)
   - CGE_Algeria_Results_v24.gms: Results export and tables
   - CGE_Algeria_Data_v24.gms: SAMMic calibration data
   - CGE_Algeria_Run_v24.gms: Master execution file
