R code used in the analysis of the spatial seed-dispersal multilayer network of Gorongosa National Park, Mozambique

These scripts were used in the analysis presented in the paper: Timóteo, S. et al. 2018. Multilayer networks reveal the spatial structure of seed-dispersal interactions across the Great Rift landscapes. - Nat Commun 9: 140.
- Null_Model_Intralayer: used to generate the the 100 null networks used in modularity analysis in MATLAB.
- Analysis_Modular_Structure: used to the analysis of the modular structure of the networks (multilayer and aggregated networks), after processing in MATLAB. This code was adapted from Pilosof et al (2017), The multilayer nature of ecological networks. Nat. Ecol. Evol. 1, 101. In the present form it runs multilayer analysis for a range of inter-layer edge strength at once.
- Unipartite_Transformation_Weighted.R: used to generate the edge list necessary for versatility analysis in muxViz. It creates unipartite projections from each level of the original bipartite network.
