This repository contains the R script used to perform the multivariate analysis (Principal Component Analysis, Correspondence Analysis, and Multiple Correspondence Analysis) of an ethnopharmacological survey conducted in the departments of Kollo and Say (Tillabéri region, Niger) among the Zarma, Fulani (Peulh), and Hausa (Haoussa) communities. The survey documented 781 valid citations obtained from 90 informants, covering 45 medicinal plant species used to treat eight categories of infectious and traditional health conditions. Contents:- File_2_R_script_PCA_CA_MCA_Zenodo.R  -main analysis script (PCA of species × infection/use categories, CA of species × informant status, CA of infection categories × informant status, and MCA of citation profiles with eight active variables and species as illustrative variable).- README_Zenodo_PCA_CA_MCA.md user documentation, input data structure, required R packages, and reproducibility notes.- Validation_report_PCA_CA_MCA.txt  data-integrity checks, matrix checks, and end-to-end execution report (R 4.5.0). Required R packages: readxl, dplyr, tidyr, FactoMineR, factoextra, ggplot2, ggrepel. The raw survey workbook is not included in this deposit because informant-level combinations of age, sex, ethnic group, village, status, and experience may create a re-identification risk. De-identified data may be made available under controlled conditions upon reasonable request to the corresponding author.
