The dataset contains response of 20 Physics instructors to 50 Physics items of West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) Physics Questions for 2019-2022. The responses were coded as 1 (real items), -1 (applied items) and 0 (for undecided). The data contained the sum of the responses for all the real items as 'sum real items' and 'sum applied items' for all the applied items. The data set is an excel file with four sheets for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 respectively.
