This study focuses on the relationship between internet use and academic performance among students at The Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Kenya. As internet access becomes increasingly fundamental to higher education, understanding its impact on students' academic outcomes is crucial. While the internet provides significant educational resources that can enhance learning, excessive or non-academic use could possibly lead to distractions, potentially affecting academic performance of students in a negative way. Findings will help inform strategies for effective internet use to support academic success.
