Replication Data for: A contextually relevant approach to assessing health risk behavior in a rural sub-Saharan Africa setting: the Kilifi health risk behavior questionnaire

**Baseline and Test Retest data HRB (.dta): This data captures responses on items of health risk behavior from 164 adolescents who completed an assembled Swahili version of a questionnaire at baseline and two weeks later 85 of them completed the questionnaire again. This was part of a mix-methods process to assemble a contextually relevant tool to assess adolescents’ behavior in Kilifi (The Kilifi Health Risk Behavior Questionnaire (KRIBE-Q)).

**ACASI (.dta): This smaller data set captures items that were used to assess non-psychometric aspects of the Audio-computer assisted interview (ACASI) delivered questionnaire (KRIBE-Q). The items capture aspects of usability, face validity, privacy, and participants' satisfaction. These items were extracted from a brief questionnaire that was administered to the participants after completing the ACASI, and the same questionnaire also had a couple of observation related items completed by the research assistant that administered the assessments.

The Datasets and variable codebooks used in generating the findings reported in our publication have been made publicly available.
